1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Swifttron's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Swifttron provides web development, software development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, cloud solutions, and SaaS products. The specific features and functionality of our services may change from time to time.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due upon invoice or as agreed in the service contract
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Intellectual Property

The Swifttron website, logo, and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Swifttron and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed work as specified in individual project agreements.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others

7. Project Deliverables

For custom development projects, deliverables, timelines, and milestones will be defined in a separate project agreement. We strive to meet all deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by client-side factors or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We provide a 30-day warranty on custom development work for bug fixes related to the original specifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swifttron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
